Cancel My Order
We know the importance of your order and our goal is to ship your product(s) as soon as possible. In fact, almost immediately after an order is placed it begins the fulfillment process at one of our distribution centers.

We encourage our customers to review their order(s) for accuracy during the checkout process as we cannot make any modifications or cancel an order once the order has been placed.

Modify My Order
Our goal is to ensure our packages are securely shipped as soon as possible.

We encourage our customers to review their order(s) for accuracy during the checkout process as we cannot make any modifications or update a shipping address once the order has been placed.

Once your order ships, your tracking number will become available and emailed to you. At that time you can refuse the shipment if needed by contacting the shipping carrier.

Track My Order
Items are monitored every step of the way. To quickly see an estimated delivery date:

If your order has multiple tracking numbers in the shipment, be sure to check the status of each package individually as they may arrive separately.

Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to almost anywhere in the world! If your country is not listed on the drop down menu for country in our checkout, please contact us for help.

How long will it take to get my package?
If your dress is in stock, it will ship out within 1-3 business days and will arrive to you in accordance with your chosen shipping method. During peak times, processing time may take longer.

*Continental US only. All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping back an item. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Your orders are safe with us! For more information on security, please check our privacy policy.

Missing Items:
Missing orders are often located within 2 days of the expected delivery date. Some orders are shipped in multiple boxes. Depending on the item, different boxes might arrive at different times.

​If your order status is showing as delivered but you haven’t received your package yet, follow these steps:

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​Confirm your shipping address. Shipping addresses are listed for each order on the My Account page under Order History.
  • Check your mailbox or locations where you typically receive mail. Carriers deliver differently, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.
  • Check outside or around other entrances of your home. To protect the package from weather or theft, the driver may have left it in another safe place. This could be the front porch, bushes, garage area, side door, back porch, or under a grill.
  • Check with others at your address or with neighbors. They might have accepted the package for you or might be temporarily holding it to protect it from weather or theft.
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will have more information and the next steps you should take to receive your package.
  • Give it a little more time. Some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival.

Contact us within 5 business days of your expected delivery date if your order does not have multiple tracking numbers and is still missing or if you have received all packages but are still missing an item, please send us an email at alfknives@yj99chain.com so that we can provide any additional assistance to ensure that you receive your order!
